Levante have completed the signing of Real Madrid goalkeeper Jesus Fernandez on a two-year deal.
The transfer, which was announced on Monday, comes just a day after Keylor Navas left Levante to join the European champions on a six-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Navas arrival would have left Jesus further down the pecking order at Madrid, with Diego Lopez and Iker Casillas also on the books of the La Liga giants.
Subsequently Jesus has opted to leave the Bernabeu and head for Estadi Ciutat de Valencia, where the 26-year-old has signed a contract that keeps him at the club until 2016 with the option to extend his stay by a further two years.

Varane, who is only twenty-one himself, moved to Real from Ligue One side Lens in the summer of 2011, and his next appearance will be his one hundredth for the club in all competitions.
In three-and-a-half years in the Spanish capital, he has won the league title, the Spanish cup,…
Spain s new-look squad is already under scrutiny ahead of the nation s first competitive match of a new era at home to Macedonia on Monday.
The 2014 World Cup saw Spain s dominance of the international game come to an abrupt end, with defeats to the Netherlands and Chile resulting in a group-stage exit for the team that had claimed two European Championship titles either side of becoming world champions in 2010.
Xavi, Xabi Alonso and David Villa followed Carles Puyol into international retirement thereafter, leaving coach Vicente del Bosque without four men who had played pivotal roles in the team s earlier success.
Del Bosque has overlooked striker Fernando Torres another significant figure in Spain s golden era for the clash with Macedonia in Valencia, which ki…

Gianluigi Donnarumma made a crucial penalty save before Krzysztof Piatek and Suso steered AC Milan to a 2-0 win over Frosinone that boosts their Serie A top-four hopes.
After a forgettable opening half at San Siro the game burst into life when Ignazio Abate felled Luca Paganini shortly following the restart.
Donnarumma kept out Camillo Ciano s spot-kick, though, and Piatek showed great movement in the area to end a run of six games in all competitions without a goal in the 57th minute.
Suso s exquisite free-kick put the game beyond doubt and the Rossoneri are now level on points with Atalanta, who face a daunting trip to champions Juventus later on Sunday ahead of the decisive final round of fixtures.
